Who We Are
Pizza Recipe U.S.A. is an independent gazette devoted to one beat: the styles of pizza in the United States and the Italian traditions they grew from. The front page files twenty briefs — how each classic is built, and what typically goes into it — compiled by the publisher, Pierre Marc J D Jannot, from generally accepted culinary references.
The gazette takes no advertisements, accepts no sponsored copy and collects no personal data. Composition lines describe the typical build of a style in general culinary terms; they are not recipes and not the menu of any establishment.
The free Quick Sheet supplement may be downloaded straight from the front page and printed for personal, non-commercial use; see the Conditions of Use for the full terms.
